Yesterday I had my wisdom teeth removed and I’m sure you can image about how good I’m looking and feeling today. That being said, my puffy chipmunk face is the inspo for today’s post because these products make me feel a lot better than I’m looking currently.
Aside from the gorgeous swollen level my cheeks are at today, I want to talk about getting Christmas presents from your boyfriend’s mom.
I’m very positive half of you just cringed. Gifts are hard, ok. And other people’s moms probably don’t know what to get any of us any better than what we know to get them.
BUT if you’re lucky, you end up with a BF’s mom who just knows what to get you. Whether your boyfriend helped her himself or she just has that sixth sense of “I really think she might just love this”.
Either way, Thank God because #blessed, girl and you know it.
Glossier has been my skin’s saving grace since David’s mom, Joni, sent their Phase 1 Set to me a few weeks back. Their products are super gentle, to the point where the Milky Jelly Cleanser (their version of face wash) can actually get in your eyes without burning. And their goal is to keep it natural, so the products aren’t going to cover all your freckles and beauty marks, but rather help to even tone and smoothness.
I’ve struggled with acne and scarring since I started wearing make-up back in 7th grade so anything I put on my face that doesn’t cause me to break out is worth my time and money.
I mean, I get it, skin is hard. It rarely looks how I’d like it to. And I genuinely have trust issues with most of the products I put on my face, like many of you, I’m sure.
So to be able to confidently say these products worked for me, is actually more exciting for me than for you. But that’s exactly why I’m sharing them here.

Basically the pack consists of a cleanser, primer, skin tint and balm. Each helped to condition and even out my skin tone. I use all these products before I apply any make-up and I also add my own daily moisturizer.
What skin products have you guys had success with? And feel free to leave any questions about the Glossier products in the comments, as well. ♡
