BABES I hope y’all had a Merry Christmas, and that Santa brought you everything you wanted. Including that adorable puppy you found on Pinterest like 48 hrs prior to opening gifts. 🤗🐶
OTHER ADORABLE PUPPY THINGS IN CASE YOU CAN’T GET THE REAL THING
Life here in Houston is way slower than what I’ve been used to. My anxiety has settled (aka I stopped grinding my teeth so much at night) and I’ve been able to have true down time that doesn’t involve sitting in front of the TV binge watching The Deuce. Like, I actually read a book for fun the other day. Settling down and catching back up on life is something I love about the holidays. It’s like a deep clean for my mind. Resetting and recharging.
This book will change your liiiife. It’s about how to take advantage of and
own each of your moments in life. Written by the Pastor of Hillsong
Church NYC. (Otherwise known as Justin Bieber’s Pastor)
But I can’t say I’m not missing NYC… because, well, I kind of am. WHO AM I?!?! Those of you who’ve followed me along my moving series know that the transition to New York life was a hard one. But turns out, I’m a true New Yorker at heart- a shove my way through the crowd, blank desolate stare, and expert winter dressing kind of gal. No shame whatsoever.
Speaking of… these pics are from back when it just started to get cold in the city and I could do the whole “oversized sweater and no pants” kind of thing. I miss this style more than anything. XL anything + no pants is my jam.

SHOP THE LOOK
Original sweater is from Topshop– I’m dying because I can’t find it anywhere online for you guys, but I got it at the New York location in Soho.
